Yesterday, when I went 2 SOTA, I found my class which is r5 n the national anthem , they dun play the music 4 us but a boy was standing one level above us andplaying the trumpet n then we sing 2gether with it. It was quite strange...
The first game we played was the so-called name game. The rule is like 4 example, my name is Quesheth so I have 2 say queen Quesheth but the worst part is, we have 2 say the person's name b4 we say ours. Then I m the last so I have 2 say everybody's name. I had a vry hard time remembering... :(
Then we play the game bang bang the 'ogl' orientation games leader I think. Anyway, the ogl is a replacement of our real ogl cos our real ogl is dancing in front of the ministers. When the ogl say bang n point 2 some1, the some1 have 2 squad n the 2 ppl beside the person squating must bang each other the slower one is out of the game. In my team, there r 10ppl including me. So the winner of the 'bang bang' is the leder of our team.
After dat, we play blow wind blow then we went up to the roof top. The roof top is HUGE. My team played dog and bone first. Our team is called rubber band... I knoe its quite strange but the theme is BONDING thats y. There r like tape, buckle,rubberband,blue tack ect. Our team vs blue tack n the first game we won. The next game is the er... a lot of ppl stand on 5 chairs n reach the finishing line asap.our team take out 2 ppl which r boys then the rest of us, girls so when we reach 2 more then half, the 'referee' said that we r the fastest team 2 reach more than half in less then 5 min. She said that even the 'ogls' can't do as fast as us. So the next game we also won.Then, we played sheraids. Our team also won. Then we played something like line up 4 juz dat we have 2 play it on the floor. That game we had a tie but our ogl said that if its a tie then we can't tell who win so it is counted as both of the team win. Then there is a game that we play after dat. We use cut garbage bags n one of us stand on one side the other stand on the other side then a person in front throw the ball into the first pair who is holding the cut garbage bag then they use the cut garbage bag to 'throw' the ball 2 the next pair so on n so forth. There r 4 pairs n the aim is 2 throw the ball into the bucket. Our team got one ball but blue tack got none. It dosen't seem as easy as it looks. It is actually quite hard.
During break, i bought kyew teow 4 $1.50. It is quite a big plate and there is a hot dog on it . There is one western stall that sells cheesy fries 4 $1.50 but the cheesy fries is a vry vry small portion. They also sell nuggets a few 4 $2.00... so ex. they also sell ice cream 4 dun knoe how much cos i nvr buy. The bookshop sells different kinds of sweets 2 even though its not a lot juz okay okay only.
After break, we played C.S.I we went around the whole sch not the WHOLE sch but level 7,8,9 n 11 whe have 2 find stations 2 find the clue n wired ppl n ask them questions. Some, b4 we ask, they want as 2 do sheraids, throw @ least five balls into the basket use straw 2 pick up plastic bags which has clues in them n we must form them 2gether. The story is about a girl called Lucy. ( who is emo when we play csi but the TOTALLY opposite when we r not cos our ogl told us ) She was being kidnapped but there is printing error so we mistook it as some1 kidnapped her n murdered her. So when some1 told us that Lucy was over there, some of us were freeked out. Then there was this guy called James. When we ask him questions, he will say dun knoe, no, because I nvr do it ect so when we ask him it is as good as dun ask him. Then another girl called Mary is the so-called teacher's pet so when we want to ask her questions, we must say the sch mission. Then it is all quite hard n we dun knoe 2 decide who kidnapped Lucy. But in the end, we chose Mary, the teacher's pet.
But 2dae we found out that the person who kidnapped Lucy was James. Up till now I m still confused n dun knoe wad the story is about.....
B4 we started building, my team called out 4 the va students (visual arts ) n they juz tell me 2 think of a design 4 our castle. I told them that I wanted the SOTA word 2 be in '3D'. N the castle we all thought of a way n discuss it 2gether. Here's the picture of wad we did:
